Dr. Larry D. Parker jr.

 

Dr. Larry D. Parker Jr. is a graduate of Capella University where he earns his PhD in Organization and Management. He earned his MBA from Liberty University and Bachelors in History from Wittenberg University. He is a certified Inspector General by the Association of Inspector Generals. 

​

Dr. Larry D. Parker Jr. currently serves as the Department Chair, Supply, Contracting and Acquisition within the School of Business, American Public University Systems. In this position, He serves as adjunct faculty for various universities around the world.

 

Prior to his dedication to academia, he spent 24 years  as a Marine Corps Officer and recently retired as Lieutenant Colonel. He also has a long history of very successful entrepreneurial ventures to include P42 Trucking LLC and P42 Consulting LLC, offering consultation, training and motivational speaking services. A proud member of professional organizations advancing knowledge and professionalism; Association of Supply Chain Management and National Naval Officers Association.

Dr. Parker has a long history of passion and interest about local communities and is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
